Built by Broward Yachts (hull 159) at the Saugatuck yard, 81' megayacht Grindstone was delivered to her owner in 1977.
Later renamed Pyewacket, she spent 30 years under the same owners, she gave years of incredible experiences - from the Bahamas to Maine.
During those 30 years, the same meticulous captain has kept a relentless commitment to care, maintenance, and upgrades. Pyewacket (now Grindstone again) was last refitted in 2005. There is very little that is original, although all the upgrades have been in keeping with the original and timeless design.
Her sophisticated exterior was styled by the Broward team, who was also responsible for the entire engineering package. Grindstone was featured in the 'World Class' section of Yachting Magazine in August 1984.
Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings, and sumptuous seating feature throughout to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere with a classic yachting style appeal. Grindstone's interior layout sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 staterooms. She is also capable of carrying up to 3 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
