    AMIkids to Host Winter Challenge Event at Word of Life Florida Conference Center

    AMIkids Inc., a nationally-recognized, non-profit organization that transforms troubled youth into responsible members of our communities, will host the annual AMIkids Winter Challenge from January 27-29, 2015 at Word of Life Florida Conference Center at 13247 Word of Life Drive, Hudson, FL 34669. This incredibly inspiring event will give over 100 AMIkids student participants from over ten AMIkids programs across the country the opportunity to compete in a variety of competitive sporting and academic events that will motivate and encourage them to strive for ongoing success, not only here, but throughout their young lives.

    AMIkids Gainesville was named the 2014 Best Non-Profit of the Year at the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce's Business of the Year awards on Thursday. The award was given to the non-profit organization that strongly supports and benefits the community and its citizens.

    AMIkids Sandoval Celebrates Groundbreaking, Increase of Equine-Based Therapy to Promote Development of At-Risk Youth

    Last week, AMIkids Sandoval announced that it has received a generous donation from Bill and Carol Barrows and celebrated a groundbreaking of a new equine facility that will support its Ruth and Allen B. Harvey Equestrian Program, which assists in the positive development of at-risk youth through equine-based therapy.

    AMIkids Sandoval welcomes new director

    AMIkids Sandoval announced Marvin Ferrell as the new Executive Director at the boys’ residential facility, located south of the village of Cuba, adjacent to the Sandoval County fairgrounds. Ferrell fills the position vacated by Issac Williams, who relocated and remains a valued director in the AMIkids organization.
