Make a Difference

AMIkids relies on donations from people who care about impacting the lives of kids.  Without your help, these kids might not succeed.  Your tax-deductible donation will continue to provide essential services needed for our success.

Every dollar donated goes directly to helping us separate troubled pasts from bright futures.

Your donation to AMIkids will make a difference in the lives of troubled youth.  Thank you for helping us guide the way for kids!

Donate your Boat

One of the chief advantages of a boat contribution is the speed with which an owner can divest himself of his boat and eliminate the continuing costs associated with ownership. As a boat owner, you are faced with the options of selling or donating your boat and should work with your tax advisor to determine which course is the best for you.   If you would like more information on donating your boat, please contact the AMIkids Boatyard.

Volunteer / Join Board

Each AMIkids program has a local, governing Board of Trustees, a network of more than 650 volunteers across the country.  Board members have four major roles: Governance, Educating Policymakers, Community Development and Resource Development.

The challenges that our kids face are significant.  One of the greatest assets of the organization and our ability to help kids change their lives is our community-based Board membership.  The engagement of our local and state communities into the mission of redirecting our communities’ kids could not happen without our volunteers.  Together we provide the guidance, discipline, love and resources these kids need.

In addition, there are many opportunities to volunteer at our local programs through mentoring, tutoring, event coordination, administrative support and involvement in other program activities.

Contact a program in your local area to find available opportunities.
